Claims (20)
1. Прибор для обработки биологического образца, содержащий:
лентопротяжный тракт ленту с матрицей лунок, выполненную с возможностью продвижения через прибор вдоль лентопротяжного тракта;
дозирующий узел, выполненный с возможностью всасывания биологического образца и реагента и дозирования биологического образца и реагента в матрицу лунок на ленте для образования смеси биологического образца и реагента;
узел герметизации, выполненный с возможностью герметизации смеси биологического образца и реагента на ленте; и
узел амплификации и детектирования, выполненный с возможностью детектирования сигнала от смеси биологического образца и реагента в матрице лунок на ленте, причем система амплификации и детектирования содержит тепловой модуль, расположенный на лентопротяжном тракте, конфигурация и расположение которого дают ему возможность регулировать температуру смеси биологического образца и реагента в матрице лунок на ленте; и
камеру под давлением, установленную на тепловом модуле на лентопротяжном тракте, выполненную с возможностью повышения давления в области над лентой.
2. Прибор по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий аналитическую систему, выполненную с возможностью анализа данных, полученных от смеси биологического образца и реагента.
3. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что прибор выполнен с возможностью как изотермальной амплификации, так и полимеразной цепной реакции.
4. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что тепловой модуль содержит тепловой насос.
5. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий ленту, которая содержит первую матрицу лунок и вторую матрицу лунок, смещенную относительно первой матрицы лунок.
6. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий ленту имеющую первую матрицу лунок и вторую матрицу лунок, смещенную относительно первой матрицы лунок и перемежающуюся с ней.
7. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что лентопротяжный тракт имеет, по меньшей мере, часть, которая проходит через прибор, и определяет тракт, вдоль которого лента со множеством лунок может автоматически продвигаться или протягиваться.

11. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий тележку для планшетов, соединенную с шасси и содержащую гнездо, выполненное с возможностью приема планшета из руки укладчика планшетов.
12. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий, по меньшей мере, одно промывочное устройство дозирующего узла, соединенное с шасси, выполненное с возможностью промывки наконечников дозирующего узла.
13. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащий приводной механизм для автоматической подачи ленты вдоль лентопротяжного тракта.
14. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что лентопротяжный тракт дополнительно содержит механизм подачи ленты расположенный рядом с первым концом лентопротяжного тракта, выполненный с возможностью подачи ленты внутрь прибора, механизм отрезания ленты, расположенный рядом с первым концом лентопротяжного тракта, выполненный с возможностью отрезания ленты.
15. Прибор по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что камера под давлением выполнена с возможностью нагревания.
