Claims (37)
1. Интерфейс пациента для офтальмологической системы, содержащий
крепежную часть, выполненную с возможностью крепления интерфейса пациента к дальнему концу офтальмологической системы;
контактную часть, выполненную с возможностью фиксации интерфейса пациента на глазе; и
контактный элемент, соединенный с контактной частью,
выполненный с возможностью создания контакта с поверхностью роговицы глаза в рамках фиксации интерфейса пациента на глазе, а также
имеющий центральную часть с центральным радиусом кривизны Rс и периферийную часть с периферийным радиусом кривизны Rp, где Rс меньше Rp.
2. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором Rс находится в диапазоне от 6,6 мм до 9,1 мм, а Rp – в диапазоне от 8,8 мм до 10,8 мм.
3. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором Rс находится в диапазоне от 7,1 мм до 8,1 мм, а Rp – в диапазоне от 9,3 мм до 10,3 мм.
4. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором центральная часть и периферийная часть являются соединенными на кромке.
5. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактная часть, содержит конструкцию выброса, выполненную с возможностью содействия удалению воздуха из области контакта между центральной частью и роговицей.
6. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, содержащий
жесткую дальнюю линзу, выполненную с возможностью
приспосабливать проксимальную поверхность контактного элемента и
предотвращать радиальную деформацию контактного элемента более 5% при фиксации на глазе; и
крепежную конструкцию, выполненную с возможностью крепления контактного элемента на контактной части вдоль периметра и предотвращения поперечного расширения контактного элемента более 5% при фиксации на глазе.
7. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактный элемент выполнен с возможностью вставки в контактную часть; а контактная часть выполнена с возможностью вставки в нее контактного элемента.
8. Интерфейс пациента по п. 7, в котором контактная часть, содержит:
жесткую дальнюю линзу, дистальная поверхность которой имеет дистальный радиус кривизны в пределах 5% проксимального радиуса кривизны проксимальной поверхности контактного элемента, причем дальняя линза выполнена с возможностью создания расширенного контакта с контактным элементом при вставке и предотвращения радиальной деформации контактного элемента более 5% при фиксации на глазе.
9. Интерфейс пациента по п. 7, в котором контактная часть, содержит
крепежную конструкцию с по меньшей мере одной из следующих конструкций:
крепежная канавка, опорный обод, вставная конструкция, блокирующая конструкция, вдвижная конструкция, всовочная конструкция, запорная конструкция;
причем крепежная конструкция выполнена с возможностью прочного крепления вставленного контактного элемента в контактной части и предотвращения поперечного расширения контактного элемента более 5% при фиксации на глазе.
10. Интерфейс пациента по п. 7, в котором дальняя линза, крепежная конструкция, материал контактного элемента и центральный радиус кривизны Rс выбраны таким образом, чтобы при фиксации интерфейса пациента на глазе радиус кривизны роговицы глаза изменялся больше, чем центральный радиус кривизны Rс: ΔR(центр-роговица)> ΔRc.
11. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактный элемент включает контактный материал, создающий смазочную пленку на поверхности роговицы.
12. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором поверхность контактного элемента включает гидрофильный материал.
13. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактный элемент включает гидрогель с содержанием воды выше 70%.
14. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактный элемент включает гидрогель с содержанием воды в диапазоне 50-70%.
15. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактный элемент включает гидрогель с содержанием воды в диапазоне 30-50%.
16. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, где контактный элемент имеет гидратированный коэффициент преломления в диапазоне 1,32-1,44.
17. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактная часть содержит
вакуумное кольцо, выполненное с возможностью подключения системы отсоса,
принятия всасывающего действия из системы отсоса и приложения всасывающего действия системы отсоса к области контакта между интерфейсом пациента и глазом для фиксации интерфейса пациента на глазе.
18. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором крепежная часть и контактная часть встроены в интерфейс пациента.
19. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором крепежная часть выполнена отдельно от контактной части; и
крепежная часть выполнена с возможностью соединения с контактной частью после фиксации контактной части на глазе.
20. Интерфейс пациента по п. 1, в котором контактный элемент включает промежуточную часть между центральной и периферийной частями с промежуточным радиусом кривизны Ri, где Rc<Ri<Rp.
21. Интерфейс пациента по п. 20, в котором Rс находится в диапазоне 7-9 мм, Ri – в диапазоне 8-12 мм и Rp – в диапазоне 10-14 мм.
