Claims (24)
1. Композиция покрытия, содержащая:
i) полимерную пленкообразующую смолу,
ii) сшивающий агент, подходящий для сшивания полимерной пленкообразующей смолы i), и
iii) добавку, содержащую карбокислотную соль висмута.
2. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где полимерная пленкообразующая смола включает эпоксидную смолу, смолу сложного полиэфира или полиакрилатную смолу.
3. Композиция покрытия по п. 1 или 2, где сшивающий агент включает один или более представителей, выбираемых из агента, содержащего гидроксилзамещенную ароматическую группу; агента, содержащего изоцианатную группу; агента, содержащего аминогруппу; агента, содержащего аминовую группу; мочевиноформальдегидной добавки или алкилированной мочевины, содержащей иминофункциональность.
4. Композиция покрытия по п. 1, где добавка характеризуется величиной рН в диапазоне от 6 до 8.
5. Композиция покрытия по п. 1 или 2, где карбоновая кислота карбокислотной соли висмута содержит необязательно замещенную, прямую или разветвленную углеродную цепь, содержащую от 2 до 12 атомов углерода.
6. Композиция покрытия по п. 1 или 2, где карбокислотная соль висмута включает неодеканоат висмута.
7. Металлическая подложка с нанесенным покрытием из композиции покрытия по любому из пп. 1-6.
8. Алюминиевая подложка с нанесенным покрытием из композиции покрытия, по меньшей мере, на ее части, при этом композиция покрытия содержит:
i) полимерную пленкообразующую смолу,
ii) сшивающий агент, подходящий для сшивания полимерной пленкообразующей смолы i), и
iii) добавку, включающую карбокислотную соль висмута.
9. Упаковочное изделие с нанесенным покрытием из композиции покрытия, по меньшей мере, на его части, при этом композиция покрытия содержит:
i) полимерную пленкообразующую смолу,
ii) сшивающий агент, подходящий для сшивании полимерной пленкообразующей смолы i), и
iii) добавку, включающую карбокислотную соль висмута.
10. Способ нанесения покрытия на металлическую подложку, включающий нанесение на нее композиции покрытия, содержащей:
i) полимерную пленкообразующую смолу,
ii) сшивающий агент, подходящий для сшивания полимерной пленкообразующей смолы i), и
iii) добавку, включающую карбокислотную соль висмута.
11. Применение карбокислотной соли висмута в качестве добавки в композиции покрытия для увеличения стойкости к воздействию щелочей у подложки с нанесенным покрытием из композиции покрытия.
12. Способ увеличения стойкости к воздействию щелочей у подложки с нанесенным покрытием, при этом на подложку наносят покрытие из композиции покрытия, причем способ включает использование добавки, включающей карбокислотную соль висмута, в упомянутой композиции покрытия.
