Abstract
1. Способ выплавки стали в кислородном конвертере, включающий подачу жидкого передельного чугуна или углеродистого полупродукта, лома черных металлов, лома алюминия, шлакообразующих материалов, продувку кислородом, отличающийся тем, что лом алюминия в количестве 0,3-2,5% от массы стали брикетируют с ломом черных металлов, при этом доля лома алюминия в брикетах составляет не более 20%, а продувку кислородом осуществляют после подачи жидкого передельного чугуна или углеродистого полупродукта, брикетированного лома черных металлов и алюминия, шлакообразующих материалов.2. Способ выплавки стали по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что соотношение шлакообразующих материалов соответствует эвтектическому составу системы СаО-AlO-MgO: СаО 45-48%, AlO45-48%, MgO 5-7%.1.
