Abstract
Способ безотходной биологической очистки сточных вод и переработки выделенных осадков, включающий процеживание воды для выделения механических примесей, отстаивание для удаления из сточных вод песка, усреднение расходов сточных вод по часам суток, отстаивание сточных вод, обработанных флокулянтом, для выделения основной массы взвешенных веществ и частично растворенных органических примесей, денитрификацию нитратов возвратного активного ила, в биореакторах аноксидного типа, оснащенных ершовой насадкой для удерживания биоценоза бактерий анаммокс, нитрификацию аммонийного азота в двухступенчатых биореакторах, оснащенных ершовой насадкой, отстаивание иловых смесей в тонкослойных вторичных отстойниках, рециркуляцию возвратного активного ила в денитрификаторы, доочистку сточных вод в биореакторах, снабженных ершовой насадкой, с биоценозом гидробионтов, включающим моллюски, связывание фосфатов реагентами, фильтрацию дочищаемых сточных вод, обеззараживание очищенных вод УФ облучением или добавкой реагентов, обезвоживание выделенных в первичных отстойниках сырых осадков и избыточного активного ила после реагентного сгущения в илоуплотнителях, отличающийся тем, что для переработки, обезвоживания и обеззараживания обезвоженных осадков и снижения их влажности используют компостеры в виде вращающихся барабанов и добавку перед компостированием в обезвоженные осадки наполнителя из измельченных отходов растительности или пищевых отходов при размещении компостеров в помещении воздуходувной и задействовании при компостировании горячего воздуха напорных воздуховодов в качестве источника кислородA method of non-waste biological wastewater treatment and processing of separated sediments, including filtering water to isolate mechanical impurities, settling to remove sand from wastewater, averaging wastewater consumption by hours of the day, settling wastewater treated with a flocculant to isolate the bulk of suspended solids and partially dissolved organic impurities, denitrification of nitrates of return activated sludge, in anoxide-type bioreactors equipped with a brush nozzle for keeping the biocenosis of anammox bacteria, nitrification of ammonium nitrogen in two-stage bioreactors equipped with a brush nozzle, settling of sludge mixtures in thin-layer reclaimers post-treatment of wastewater in bioreactors equipped with a brush nozzle, with biocenosis of aquatic organisms, including mollusks, binding of phosphates with reagents, filtration of purified wastewater, disinfection of purified water by UV irradiation or reagents, dehydration of raw sludge and excess activated sludge isolated in primary sedimentation tanks after reagent thickening in sludge compactors, characterized in that composters in the form of rotating drums and an additive before composting into dewatered sediments are used for processing, dewatering and disinfecting dewatered sludge and reducing their moisture content from shredded vegetation or food waste when placing composters in the blower room and using pressure air ducts for composting hot air as a source of oxygen
