Abstract
1. Устройство для идентификации последовательностей нуклеотидов, состоящее из источника света, излучение от которого направлено на прозрачную подложку с иммобилизованными на ее поверхности олигонуклеотидами и расположенной под ней системой детекции интенсивности света, прошедшего через подложку, отличающееся тем, что подложка содержит не менее двух зон, на поверхности одной из которых иммобилизован слой олигонуклеотидов, не специфических к исследуемой последовательности нуклеотидов, а на поверхности другой зоны иммобилизован слой олигонуклеотидов, специфических к исследуемой последовательности нуклеотидов, а система детекции содержит не менее двух фоточувствительных независимых секций, каждая из которых освещена излучением, прошедшим только через одну зону.2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве подложки оно содержит внешнюю поверхность светочувствительной матрицы.3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в качестве подложки оно содержит не менее двух торцевых поверхностей от разных оптоволокон, причем каждая из поверхностей содержит не более одной зоны.1.
