Abstract
Способ диагностики опухолей малого таза, включающий позиционирование пациента и определение области интереса для чрескожной пункционной биопсии с последующим взятием и исследованием гистологического материала, отличающийся тем, что область интереса определяют на MP-изображениях в сагиттальной и аксиальной плоскостях, по которым на коже пациента размещают жировые капсулы, затем по отношению к ним поэтапно вводят биопсийную иглу под контролем MP-изображения к области интереса, причем на каждом этапе контролируют глубину и угол наклона биопсийной иглы, получают необходимый гистологический материал и передают на морфологическое исследование.A method for the diagnosis of pelvic tumors, including positioning the patient and determining the area of interest for percutaneous puncture biopsy, followed by taking and examining the histological material, characterized in that the area of interest is determined on MP images in the sagittal and axial planes along which fat capsules are placed on the patient’s skin , then, with respect to them, a biopsy needle is introduced in stages under the control of the MP image to the area of interest, and at each stage, the depth and angle of inclination b are controlled opsi needles, receive the necessary histological material and transmit to morphological examination.
