Abstract
1. Способ получения полимер-полиольной композиции путем свободнорадикальной полимеризации стирола в среде простого полиэфира (полиола), предварительно полученного стабилизатора и управляющих полимеризацией реагентов: регулятора обрыва цепи и инициатора, отличающийся тем, что стабилизатор готовят смешением полиола или смеси полиолов, стирола, инициатора и регулятора обрыва цепи при повышенной температуре и следующем соотношении компонентов: 70-90 мас.ч. смеси полиолов с молекулярной массой 5000-7000, изоцианата 1-5 мас.ч., 7-12 мас.ч. стирола, 1-2 мас.ч. инициатора, 1-3 мас.ч. регулятора обрыва цепи, затем осуществляют перемешивание 45-55 мас.ч. полиола или смеси полилов и 3,5-5,5 мас.ч. стабилизатора, производят нагрев реакционной смеси до температуры разложения инициатора 80-130°С, после чего в режиме непрерывного дозирования подают стирол в количестве 40-45 мас.ч. и управляющие полимеризацией реагенты в количестве 1,2-2,4 мас.ч. при постоянном перемешивании и температуре ниже температуры разложения инициатора на 10-20°С, затем повышают температуру полученного продукта до температуры разложения инициатора и продолжают перемешивание в указанном режиме до достижения содержания непрореагировавшего стирола не более 0,5 мас.%.2. Способ получения полимер-полиольной композиции по п.1, отличающийся тем, для получения стабилизатора используют полиол с ОН-функциональностью, равной 2-4, иизоцианат, взятые в соотношении OH:NCO, равном 2-10:1.3.
