Abstract
1. Способ лечения акне, включающий местное нанесение эффективного количества водного состава, содержащего бензоилпероксид в концентрации менее 5.0% и по меньшей мере 1.0 мас./мас.% и клиндамицин в концентрации от 0.5% до 5.0%, ежесуточно на пораженные акне участки кожи пациента, нуждающегося в этом, причем эффективность ежесуточного применения в виде уменьшения воспалительных и невоспалительных поражений акне при нанесении один раз в сутки аналогична эффективности, полученной при нанесении два раза в сутки композиции геля для местного применения, содержащей 5.0% бензоилпероксида, 1% клиндамицина, диоктилсульфосукцинат натрия и воду.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что концентрация бензоилпероксида составляет от 2.0% до 4.0 мас./мас.%.3. 1. Способ лечения акне, включающий местное нанесение эффективного количества водного состава, содержащего бензоилпероксид в концентрации менее 5.0% и по меньшей мере 1.0 мас./мас.% и клиндамицин в концентрации от 0.5% до 5.0%, ежесуточно на пораженные акне участки кожи пациента, нуждающегося в этом, причем эффективность ежесуточного применения в виде уменьшения воспалительных и невоспалительных поражений акне при нанесении один раз в сутки аналогична эффективности, полученной при нанесении два раза в сутки композиции геля для местного применения, содержащей 5.0% бензоилпероксида, 1% клиндамицина, диоктилсульфосукцинат натрия и воду.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что концентрация бензоилпероксида составляет от 2.0% до 4.0 мас./мас.%.

13. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что бензоилпероксид в указанном составе находится в виде суспензии и имеет средний размер частиц 100 мкм или менее.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что бензоилпероксид в суспензии имеет средний размер частиц от 1 до 50 мкм.
15. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что средний размер частиц составляет от 2.5 до 30 мкм.
16. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что клиндамицин фосфат находится, в растворе.
17. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что водный состав представляет собой гель.
18. Способ по п.17, отличающийся тем, что водный состав содержит гелеобразователь, выбранный из группы, состоящей из карбомера, гидроксиэтилцеллюлозы и гидроксипропилцеллюлозы.
19. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нанесение осуществляют один раз в сутки.
20. Способ лечения акне, включающий местное нанесение эффективного количества водного состава, содержащего бензоилпероксид в концентрации менее 5.0% и по меньшей мере 1.0 мас./мас.% и клиндамицин в концентрации от 0.5% до 5.0%, ежесуточно на пораженные акне участки кожи пациента, нуждающегося в этом, причем вероятность возникновения раздражения меньше, чем у композиции геля для местного применения, содержащей 5.0% бензоилпероксида, 1% клиндамицина, диоктилсульфосукцинат натрия и воду.
21. Способ по п.20, отличающийся тем, что нанесение осуществляют один раз сутки.
