Способ производства топливных гранул из лигнина, включающий поэтапную сушку сырья отходящими газами до необходимой влажности, формование, досушку и охлаждение гранул, отличающийся тем, что на первом этапе 20-30% от общего объема лигнина, высушенного до влажности 35-40%, отбирают и направляют в теплогенератор для сжигания, из остальных 70-80% лигнина формуют гранулы и сушат их до остаточной влажности 14-16%, перед формованием гранул сырье перемешивают в смесителе в присутствии водорастворимых добавок, а формование гранул размером 6-10 мм осуществляют путем прессования их при низких удельных энерогозатратах.A method for the production of fuel pellets from lignin, including the stepwise drying of the raw material with exhaust gases to the required humidity, molding, drying and cooling the granules, characterized in that at the first stage 20-30% of the total volume of lignin dried to a moisture content of 35-40% is selected and sent to a heat generator for burning, from the remaining 70-80% lignin granules are molded and dried to a residual moisture content of 14-16%, before the granules are formed, the raw materials are mixed in a mixer in the presence of water-soluble additives, and granules are sized 6-10 mm by pressing them at low specific energy consumption.

Способ производства топливных гранул из лигнина, включающий поэтапную сушку сырья отходящими газами до необходимой влажности, формование, досушку и охлаждение гранул, отличающийся тем, что на первом этапе 20-30% от общего объема лигнина, высушенного до влажности 35-40%, отбирают и направляют в теплогенератор для сжигания, из остальных 70-80% лигнина формуют гранулы и сушат их до остаточной влажности 14-16%, перед формованием гранул сырье перемешивают в смесителе в присутствии водорастворимых добавок, а формование гранул размером 6-10 мм осуществляют путем прессования их при низких удельных энерогозатратах.
