Abstract
1. Заготовка для получения волокнистых композиционных конструктивных элементов, содержащая по меньшей мере две меандрически согнутые стенки из наполненного волокном матричного материала, термически соединенные друг с другом с образованием симметричной структуры сердцевины, отличающаяся тем, что материалом матрицы является полиуретановая композиция, содержащая:c) в качестве связующего полимер, имеющий реакционно-способные по отношению к изоцианатам функциональные группы,d) и в качестве отвердителя внутренне блокированный и/или блокированный посредством блокирующих агентов ди- или полиизоцианат.2. Заготовка по п.1, отличающаяся по меньшей мере одним нанесенным на структуру сердцевины покрывающим слоем, причем структура сердцевины и покрывающий слой прочно соединены друг с другом.3. Заготовка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что покрывающий слой содержит наполненный волокном матричный материал, представляющий собой полиуретановую композицию, содержащую:a) в качестве связующего полимер, имеющий реакционно-способные по отношению к изоцианатам функциональные группы,b) и в качестве отвердителя внутренне блокированный и/или блокированный посредством блокирующих агентов ди- или полиизоцианат,и покрывающий слой и структура сердцевины термически соединены друг с другом.4. Способ получения заготовки, отличающийся следующими стадиями:a) приготовление полиуретановой композиции, содержащей в качестве связующего полимер, имеющий реакционноспособные по отношению к изоцианатам функциональные группы, и в качестве отвердителя внутренне блокированный и/или блокированный посредством блокирующих агентов ди- или полиизоци
Claims (8)
1. Заготовка для получения волокнистых композиционных конструктивных элементов, содержащая по меньшей мере две меандрически согнутые стенки из наполненного волокном матричного материала, термически соединенные друг с другом с образованием симметричной структуры сердцевины, отличающаяся тем, что материалом матрицы является полиуретановая композиция, содержащая:
c) в качестве связующего полимер, имеющий реакционно-способные по отношению к изоцианатам функциональные группы,
d) и в качестве отвердителя внутренне блокированный и/или блокированный посредством блокирующих агентов ди- или полиизоцианат.
2. Заготовка по п.1, отличающаяся по меньшей мере одним нанесенным на структуру сердцевины покрывающим слоем, причем структура сердцевины и покрывающий слой прочно соединены друг с другом.
3. Заготовка по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что покрывающий слой содержит наполненный волокном матричный материал, представляющий собой полиуретановую композицию, содержащую:
a) в качестве связующего полимер, имеющий реакционно-способные по отношению к изоцианатам функциональные группы,
b) и в качестве отвердителя внутренне блокированный и/или блокированный посредством блокирующих агентов ди- или полиизоцианат,
и покрывающий слой и структура сердцевины термически соединены друг с другом.
4. Способ получения заготовки, отличающийся следующими стадиями:
a) приготовление полиуретановой композиции, содержащей в качестве связующего полимер, имеющий реакционноспособные по отношению к изоцианатам функциональные группы, и в качестве отвердителя внутренне блокированный и/или блокированный посредством блокирующих агентов ди- или полиизоцианат;
b) приготовление волокон;
c) смешение полиуретановой композиции и волокон с получением формовочной массы;
d) исходное формообразование плоской стенки из формовочной массы;
e) исходное формообразование стенки для придания ей меандрически изогнутой конфигурации;
f) установка меандрически изогнутой стенки по отношению к другой меандрически изогнутой стенке;
g) термическое соединение, по меньшей мере, обеих стенок с образованием симметричной структуры сердцевины.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся дополнительными стадиями:
h) нанесение на структуру сердцевины покрывающего слоя, причем покрывающия слой содержит наполненный волокном материал матрицы, который представляет собой полиуретановую композицию, содержащую в качестве связующего полимер, имеющий реакционно-способные по отношению к изоцианатам функциональные группы, и в качестве отвердителя внутренне блокированный и/или блокированный посредством блокирующих агентов ди- или полиизоцианат;
i) термическое соединение покрывающего слоя со структурой сердцевины.
6. Способ по п.4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что термическое соединение осуществляют при температуре ниже температуры отверждения полиуретановой композиции.
7. Способ получения волокнистого композиционного конструктивного элемента, характеризующийся следующими стадиями:
a) обеспечение заготовки, полученной по одному из пп.4-6,
b) отверждение полиуретановой композиции при температуре выше температуры термического соединения.
8. Волокнистый композиционный конструктивный элемент, полученный из заготовки по одному из пп.1-3, особенно изготовленный способом по п.7.
