Abstract
Способ утилизации активного материала оксидно-никелевого электрода никель-кадмиевого аккумулятора, заключающийся в растворении активной массы и последующем электролизе на виброэлектродах, отличающийся тем, что растворение активной массы проводят в 1M растворе хлорида аммония в проточном смесителе, а электролиз полученного раствора осуществляют с титановым виброкатодом и графитовым анодом в режиме импульсов тока прямоугольной формы амплитуды 0,3-0,5 A/смпри длительности импульса 0,05-0,15 с и длительности паузы 0,05-0,1 с, при этом раствор выдерживают в проточном смесителе 10-12 часов до начала электролиза, а во время электролиза периодически проводят отбор порошка путем фильтрации с возвращением отработанного раствора в смеситель для растворения новых порций активного материала, промывку и сушку.A method for the disposal of the active material of a nickel-oxide electrode of a nickel-cadmium battery, which consists in dissolving the active mass and subsequent electrolysis on vibroelectrodes, characterized in that the dissolution of the active mass is carried out in a 1M solution of ammonium chloride in a flow mixer, and the electrolysis of the resulting solution is carried out with a titanium vibrocathode and graphite anode in the mode of rectangular current pulses with an amplitude of 0.3-0.5 A / cm with a pulse duration of 0.05-0.15 s and a pause duration of 0.05-0.1 s, while the solution is kept in a flow-through mixer 10- 12 hours before the start of electrolysis, and during electrolysis, the powder is periodically taken by filtration with the return of the spent solution to the mixer to dissolve new portions of the active material, washing and drying.
