Abstract
1. Способ получения гранулированных органо-минеральных наноудобрений, включающий смешение сухих исходных минеральных компонентов, выбранных из ряда: карбамид, аммофос, диаммонийфосфат, аммиачная селитра, суперфосфат, двойной суперфосфат, сульфат аммония, хлорид калия, сульфат калия, поташ, фосфоритная мука; минеральных компонентов, содержащих микроэлементы: Mg, B, Mn, Zn, Cu, Ni, Co, Cr, Mo, и органического компонента из ряда гуминовых веществ (ГВ), отличающийся тем, что динамические условия в зоне прессования (термобарический режим) в роторном пресс-грануляторе (РПГ): давление 20-35 МПа и температура 100-125°C приводят к протеканию механо-химических процессов с образованием наноразмерных комплексов ГВ с минеральными компонентами смеси, обладающих свойствами стимуляторов роста, пролонгированным действием и повышенной биологической активностью. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что концентрация ГВ в ОМУ составляет 1,0-7,8 мас.%. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нанокомплексы, инкапсулированные в минеральную матрицу - гранулу ОМУ, не агрегируются и эффективность ОМУ при хранении не снижается. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что позволяет получать гранулированные наноудобрения заданного состава. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве ГВ используют любое гуматсодержащее сырье. 1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the concentration of HW in WMD is 1.0-7.8 wt.%. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the nanocomplexes encapsulated in a mineral matrix - a WMD granule are not aggregated and the efficiency of the WMD during storage does not decrease. ! 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that it allows to obtain granular nanofertilizers of a given composition. ! 5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that any humate-containing raw material is used as a GW.
