Abstract
1. Способ получения растворимого гексагонального нитрида бора, включающий смешивание гексагонального нитрида бора (h-BN) с функционализирующим реагентом, нагревание реакционной смеси и растворение полученного продукта в растворителе при ультразвуковом воздействии и отделение раствора целевого продукта, отличающийся тем, что в качестве функционализирующего реагента используется гидразин или смесь азотной и серной кислот или олеум, реакционную смесь диспергируют ультразвуком с последующим нагреванием и периодическим ультразвуковым диспергированием во время нагревания, процесс ведут в замкнутом объеме, полученный продукт диспергируют ультразвуком в воде или полярном органическом растворителе с последующим отделением раствора целевого продукта. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реакционную смесь нагревают до 100-120°С. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что объемное соотношение азотной и серной кислот равно 1:3 соответственно. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что полярный органический растворитель выбирают из ряда: амиды, амины, спирты, фенолы, карбоновые кислоты и производные фурана. 1.
