Abstract
Способ производства водорастворимых гуминовых кислот, содержащий сушку бурого угля с содержанием гуминовых кислот не менее 50%, измельчение бурого угля, обработку измельченного угля щелочным реагентом, отличающийся тем, что бурый уголь перед измельчением высушивают до остаточной влажности не более 20%, после измельчения разделяют на фракции: более 10 мм, 4÷10 мм, 2÷4 мм, 0,5÷2,0 мм и менее 0,5 мм, фракции более 10 мм и 4÷10 мм возвращают на домол, фракции 2÷4 мм и менее 0,5 мм в твердой фазе обрабатывают сухим щелочным реагентом при интенсивном перемешивании с поддержанием температуры в диапазоне 40÷80°С, фракцию 0,5÷2,0 мм при интенсивном перемешивании диспергируют в умягченной воде и обрабатывают водным раствором щелочного реагента с поддержанием рН реакционной смеси в диапазоне 10,0÷10,5 и температуры в диапазоне 40÷80°С, очищают полученный в результате реакции раствор от нерастворимых в воде веществ центрифугированием, концентрируют раствор упариванием под разряжением при остаточном давлении 5000÷6000 Па и температуре 50÷60°С, затем сушат в кипящем слое при температуре 130÷140°С.
