Abstract
1. Способ электродугового жидкофазного углетермического восстановления железа из оксидного сырья, включающий возбуждение электрической дуги между электродом и ванной расплава, находящегося в керамическом тигле, подачу дисперсных железосодержащего оксидного сырья и углеродсодержащего восстановителя в область термического действия дуги, нагрев и плавление железосодержащего оксидного сырья и нагрев углеродсодержащего восстановителя, восстановление железа в расплаве оксидного сырья, электромагнитную стабилизацию дуги, отвод газа из реакционного объема, слив и сбор полученного металла и шлака, отличающийся тем, что восстановление железа дисперсным углеродом осуществляют в оксидном расплаве, образованном в результате теплового воздействия электрической дуги, на торце расходуемой стержневой заготовки, состоящей из дисперсных оксидного сырья, углеродного восстановителя и связующего вещества и расположенной над тиглем с ванной расплава, расплав в тигле нагревается электрической дугой и формируется за счет поступления в него металла и шлака с торца расходуемой заготовки, при этом массовые скорости плавления и восстановления оксида расходуемой заготовки равны. ! 2.
