Abstract
1. Роторная печь для пиролиза твердых бытовых отходов, содержащая полый футерованный цилиндрический корпус, привод для его вращения, узел сжигания технологического топлива с горелками, устройство для подачи отходов в печь, патрубок отвода продуктов сгорания топлива, патрубок отвода образующегося при переработке отходов синтез-газа и патрубок выдачи твердых остатков переработки отходов, отличающаяся тем, что печь дополнительно оснащена вращающейся герметичной камерой пиролиза отходов, установленной соосно с футерованным корпусом с кольцевым зазором между внутренней поверхностью футеровки корпуса и наружной поверхностью камеры пиролиза, причем последняя снабжена автономным приводом вращения в направлении, противоположном вращению корпуса печи, а на наружной поверхности камеры пиролиза смонтированы лопатки, располагаемые по винтовой линии, вьющейся в направлении, противоположном направлению вращения упомянутой камеры, при этом горелки для сжигания топлива смонтированы по осевой окружности кольцевого зазора. ! 2. Роторная печь для пиролиза твердых бытовых отходов по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что камера пиролиза и футеровка корпуса печи выполнены с диаметрами, рассчитываемыми исходя из соотношения наружного диаметра камеры пиролиза dкп и внутреннего диаметра футеровки корпуса dф, равного dкп:dф=0,3…0,5. 1. A rotary kiln for the pyrolysis of municipal solid waste according to claim 1, characterized in that the pyrolysis chamber and the lining of the furnace body are made with diameters calculated based on the ratio of the outer diameter of the pyrolysis chamber dkp and the inner diameter of the shell lining df equal to dkp: df = 0 , 3 ... 0.5.
