Abstract
1. Способ извлечения металлов из хвостов обогащения и некондиционного сырья, предусматривающий совмещение процессов химического выщелачивания и активации в дезинтеграторе с извлечением металлов в раствор одновременно с разрушением кристаллов, отличающийся тем, что перед подачей сырья в дезинтегратор для выщелачивания его предварительно обрабатывают раствором смеси серной и азотной кислот. ! 2. Способ извлечения металлов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве сырья используют хвосты суспензионного обогащения в виде пульпы при массовом соотношении твердой фазы к жидкой, равном 1:2, при этом их измельчают в смеси с элементарной серой в количестве 12% по отношению к массе хвостов до крупности 100% - 0,01 мм, а обработку пульпы смесью серной и азотной кислот осуществляют при массовом соотношении последних 2:1 до доведения водородного показателя рН до значения 1 с дальнейшим его повышением до значения 3 в течение 2 ч. 1.
