Способ выращивания овса, включающий предпосевную обработку почвы, посев предварительно обработанных семян, уход за посевами, уборку и подработку зерна, отличающийся тем, что семена овса перед посевом обрабатывают гуминовым стимулятором роста растений, полученным щелочным гидролизом низинного торфа водным раствором аммиака в присутствии перекиси водорода с концентрацией гуминовых кислот 0,0005-0,001% с нормой расхода 10 л/т семян, а в период вегетации осуществляют обработку растений гербицидом в который добавляют гуминовый стимулятор роста растений с концентрацией гуминовых кислот 0,0005-0,001% с нормой расхода рабочей жидкости 200 - л/га.
