Способ активации дрожжевых маннанов в водном растворе с использованием полисахаридов, содержащих в основной цепи β-глюканы, характеризующийся тем, что в качестве активатора используют биополимеры ксантанового типа в соотношении ксантан-дрожжевой маннан 1:1-1:1,2, а о результатах активации судят по изменению реологических характеристик полученного раствора.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве биополимера ксантанового типа используют Сараксан, а в качестве дрожжевого маннана - маннан пекарских дрожжей.1.
