Abstract

1. Способ повышения эффективности закрепления клеток на поверхности, содержащей от по меньшей мере приблизительно 0,5% N, с суммарным содержанием O и N не ниже 17,2% и с углом смачивания по меньшей мере приблизительно 13,9°, не имеющей слоя питающих клеток и адгезивного слоя, включающий стадии: ! a. получения суспензии клеток, ! b. обработки суспензии клеток по меньшей мере одним соединением, выбранным из группы, состоящей из: соединения, способного ингибировать активность Rho-киназы, и соединения, способного ингибировать активность Rho, и ! c. нанесения обработанной суспензии клеток на поверхность, где они закрепляются. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором суммарное содержание O и N выше или равно 19,5%. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхность имеет адгезивный слой. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором клетки поддерживают в культуре после закрепления клеток на поверхности. ! 5. Способ по п.4, в котором по меньшей мере одно соединение удаляют после закрепления клеток на поверхности. ! 6. Способ по п.1, в котором клетки открепляются от поверхности удалением, по меньшей мере, одного соединения. !7. Способ по п.1, в котором суспензия клеток представляет собой суспензию кластеров клеток. ! 8. Способ по п.1, в котором суспензия клеток представляет собой суспензию одиночных клеток. ! 9. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхность является частью сосуда или матрицы. ! 10. Способ повышения эффективности закрепления клеток на поверхности, содержащей от по меньшей мере приблизительно 0,9% N, с суммарным содержанием O и N не ниже 22,3% и с углом смачивания по меньшей мере приблизительно 13,9°, не имеющей слоя питающих клеток и адгезивного слоя, включающий стадии: ! a. получения суспензии клет�

Claims (21)

1. Способ повышения эффективности закрепления клеток на поверхности, содержащей от по меньшей мере приблизительно 0,5% N, с суммарным содержанием O и N не ниже 17,2% и с углом смачивания по меньшей мере приблизительно 13,9°, не имеющей слоя питающих клеток и адгезивного слоя, включающий стадии:
a. получения суспензии клеток,
b. обработки суспензии клеток по меньшей мере одним соединением, выбранным из группы, состоящей из: соединения, способного ингибировать активность Rho-киназы, и соединения, способного ингибировать активность Rho, и
c. нанесения обработанной суспензии клеток на поверхность, где они закрепляются.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором суммарное содержание O и N выше или равно 19,5%.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхность имеет адгезивный слой.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором клетки поддерживают в культуре после закрепления клеток на поверхности.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором по меньшей мере одно соединение удаляют после закрепления клеток на поверхности.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором клетки открепляются от поверхности удалением, по меньшей мере, одного соединения.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором суспензия клеток представляет собой суспензию кластеров клеток.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором суспензия клеток представляет собой суспензию одиночных клеток.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором поверхность является частью сосуда или матрицы.
10. Способ повышения эффективности закрепления клеток на поверхности, содержащей от по меньшей мере приблизительно 0,9% N, с суммарным содержанием O и N не ниже 22,3% и с углом смачивания по меньшей мере приблизительно 13,9°, не имеющей слоя питающих клеток и адгезивного слоя, включающий стадии:
a. получения суспензии клеток, и
b. нанесения суспензии клеток на поверхность, где они закрепляются.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором поверхность имеет адгезивный слой.
12. Способ по п.10, в котором клетки поддерживают в культуре после закрепления клеток на поверхности.
13. Способ по п.10, в котором суспензия клеток представляет собой суспензию кластеров клеток.
14. Способ по п.10, в котором суспензия клеток представляет собой суспензию одиночных клеток.
15. Способ по п.10, в котором поверхность является частью сосуда или матрицы.
16. Поверхность, являющаяся частью сосуда или матрицы, предназначенная для культивирования и анализа клеток, содержащая от по меньшей мере примерно 0,9% N, с суммарным содержанием O и N не ниже 22,3% и с углом смачивания по меньшей мере примерно 13,9°, не имеющая слоя питающих клеток и адгезивного слоя, обеспечивающая закрепление и культивирование клеток.
17. Поверхность по п.16, в которой поверхность имеет адгезивный слой.
18. Поверхность по п.16, где клетки поддерживают в культуре после закрепления клеток на поверхности.
19. Композиция, включающая:
a. поверхность, являющуюся частью сосуда или матрицы, предназначенную для культивирования и анализа клеток, содержащую по меньшей мере приблизительно 0,5% N, с суммарным содержанием O и N не ниже 17,2% и с углом смачивания по меньшей мере приблизительно 13,9°, не имеющую слоя питающих клеток и адгезивного слоя, и
b. по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из: соединения, способного ингибировать активность Rho-киназы, и соединения, способного ингибировать активность Rho.
20. Композиция по п.19, в которой суммарное содержание O и N равно или выше 19,5%.
21. Композиция по п.19, в которой поверхность имеет адгезивный слой.
