Способ лечения фибрилляции предсердий у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией, включающий проведение аблационного электрода в левое предсердие, пункцию межпредсердной перегородки и радиочастотную аблацию в левом предсердии, отличающийся тем, что затем аблационный электрод проводят в каждую почечную артерию, где также наносят по 4-10 аппликаций радиочастотной энергии с частотой 400-500 кГц на все стенки данной артерии от ее устья до места разделения на долевые артерии под контролем контрастной ангиографии.
