Способ выбора тактики интервенционного лечения пароксизмальной фибрилляции предсердий путем нанесения радиочастотных воздействий на эндокардиальную поверхность предсердий, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно проводят суточное мониторирование электрокардиограммы пациента в 12 отведениях и определяют число источников предсердной аритмии и их локализацию, и в случае, если источник предсердной аритмии локализуется в устьях легочных вен и количество этих источников не более двух, то назначают сегментарную радиочастотную аблацию устьев легочных вен, а в остальных случаях - окружную изоляцию правых и левых коллекторов легочных вен.
