Abstract
1. Устройство для обеспечения стаза и изоляции раны, содержащее ! повязку, которая выполнена из сетчатого пеноматериала с открытыми порами, средний размер которых составляет менее 200 мкм, и которая выполнена с возможностью расположения смежно с раной, ! салфетку для покрытия повязки из пеноматериала и раны, и ! насос, проточно сообщающийся с повязкой из пеноматериала для обеспечения вытягивания экссудата из раны при давлении, составляющем менее 125 мм ртутного столба, для поддержания дренажа раны и контроля увлажнения раны, но со сведением к минимуму врастания ткани внутрь повязки из пеноматериала. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, в котором средний размер пор повязки из пеноматериала меньше или равен 100 мкм. ! 3. Устройство по п.1, в котором размер пор повязки из пеноматериала обеспечивает сведение к минимуму врастания ткани, но допускает дренаж текучей среды из раны. ! 4. Устройство по п.1, в котором давление составляет от 25 до 75 мм ртутного столба. ! 5. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее: ! контейнер, расположенный между повязкой из пеноматериала и насосом, предназначенный для сбора экссудата раны и имеющий дренажное выпускное отверстие, ! причем насос выполнен с возможностью выборочного приведения в действие для вытеснения экссудата раны из контейнера через дренажное выпускное отверстие. ! 6. Устройство по п.5, дополнительно содержащее одноразовый резервуар, который может быть проточно соединен с дренажным выпускным отверстием для сбора экссудата раны из контейнера. ! 7. Способ обеспечения стаза и изоляции раны, включающий ! размещение сетчатой повязки из пеноматериала с открытыми порами смежно с раной, причем средни
Claims (10)
1. Устройство для обеспечения стаза и изоляции раны, содержащее
повязку, которая выполнена из сетчатого пеноматериала с открытыми порами, средний размер которых составляет менее 200 мкм, и которая выполнена с возможностью расположения смежно с раной,
салфетку для покрытия повязки из пеноматериала и раны, и
насос, проточно сообщающийся с повязкой из пеноматериала для обеспечения вытягивания экссудата из раны при давлении, составляющем менее 125 мм ртутного столба, для поддержания дренажа раны и контроля увлажнения раны, но со сведением к минимуму врастания ткани внутрь повязки из пеноматериала.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором средний размер пор повязки из пеноматериала меньше или равен 100 мкм.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором размер пор повязки из пеноматериала обеспечивает сведение к минимуму врастания ткани, но допускает дренаж текучей среды из раны.
4. Устройство по п.1, в котором давление составляет от 25 до 75 мм ртутного столба.
5. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее:
контейнер, расположенный между повязкой из пеноматериала и насосом, предназначенный для сбора экссудата раны и имеющий дренажное выпускное отверстие,
причем насос выполнен с возможностью выборочного приведения в действие для вытеснения экссудата раны из контейнера через дренажное выпускное отверстие.
6. Устройство по п.5, дополнительно содержащее одноразовый резервуар, который может быть проточно соединен с дренажным выпускным отверстием для сбора экссудата раны из контейнера.
7. Способ обеспечения стаза и изоляции раны, включающий
размещение сетчатой повязки из пеноматериала с открытыми порами смежно с раной, причем средний размер пор указанной повязки составляет менее 200 мкм,
размещение салфетки поверх повязки из пеноматериала и раны, и
приложение отрицательного давления, составляющего менее 100 мм ртутного столба, к повязке из пеноматериала.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором средний размер пор повязки из пеноматериала меньше или равен 100 мкм.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором размер пор повязки из пеноматериала обеспечивает сведение к минимуму врастания ткани, но допускает дренаж текучей среды из раны.
10. Способ по п.7, в котором при приложении отрицательного давления прикладывают давление от 25 до 75 мм ртутного столба.
