Claims (59)
1. Устройство для терапии раны отрицательным давлением, содержащее:
источник отрицательного давления, выполненный с возможностью жидкостного соединения с раневой повязкой, при этом источник отрицательного давления выполнен с возможностью подачи к ране отрицательного давления;
контейнер, выполненный с возможностью жидкостного соединения с повязкой и источником отрицательного давления, при этом контейнер выполнен с возможностью накопления экссудата, удаляемого из раны;
датчик давления, выполненный с возможностью отслеживания одной или более характеристик сигналов давления, генерируемых источником отрицательного давления; и
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, указанных одной или более измеряемых характеристик сигналов давления.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что одна или более измеряемых характеристик сигналов давления содержат амплитуду сигналов давления, при этом амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в контейнере.
3. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что контейнер содержит фильтр, выполненный с возможностью его перекрытия для предотвращения переполнения контейнера, а контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определения состояния контейнера, близкого к заполнению, до перекрытия фильтра.
4. Устройство по п. 3, отличающееся тем, что контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью выдачи пользователю индикации состояния контейнера, близкого к заполнению.
5. Устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, отличающееся тем, что контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более измеряемых характеристик сигналов давления и измеряемого уровня активности источника отрицательного давления.
6. Устройство по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что источник отрицательного
давления содержит вакуумный насос, и уровень активности источника отрицательного давления соответствует скорости вакуумного насоса.
7. Устройство по п. 6, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит тахометр, выполненный с возможностью измерения скорости вакуумного насоса.
8. Устройство по любому из пп. 6 и 7, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит канал протекания текучей субстанции, выполненный с возможностью жидкостного соединения повязки, контейнера и источника отрицательного давления, при этом контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определения скорости утечки текучей субстанции в канале протекания текучей субстанции на основании, по меньшей мере частично, уровня активности источника отрицательного давления, и при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более измеряемых характеристик сигналов давления и определяемой скорости утечки.
9. Устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6 и 7, отличающееся тем, что контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью удаления шума из одной или более измеряемых характеристик сигналов давления.
10. Устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6 и 7, отличающееся тем, что контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, сравнения одной или более измеряемых характеристик сигналов давления с одним или более пороговыми значениями.
11. Устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6 и 7, отличающееся тем, что одна или более измеряемых характеристик содержат амплитуду и частоту импульсов давления, и при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, амплитуды и частоты сигналов давления, причем амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в контейнере, а частота сигналов давления понижается с повышением уровня экссудата в контейнере.
12. Устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6 и 7, отличающееся тем, что контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в контейнере независимо от интенсивности утечки, имеющей место в канале протекания текучей субстанции, выполненном с возможностью жидкостного соединения повязки, контейнера и источника отрицательного давления.
13. Устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6 и 7, отличающееся тем, что контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, изменения одной или более измеряемых характеристик сигналов давления.
14. Устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 6 и 7, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит раневую повязку, выполненную с возможностью размещения на ране.
15. Способ функционирования устройства для терапии раны отрицательным давлением, включающий:
отслеживание сигналов давления, генерируемых источником отрицательного давления, который находится в жидкостном соединении с раневой повязкой и контейнером; и
определение уровня всасываемого экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления.
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что одна или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления содержат амплитуду сигналов давления, при этом амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в контейнере.
17. Способ по любому из пп. 15 и 16, отличающийся тем, что контейнер содержит фильтр, выполненный с возможностью его перекрытия для предотвращения переполнения контейнера, и при этом способ дополнительно включает определение состояния контейнера, близкого к заполнению, до перекрытия фильтра.
18. Способ по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает выдачу пользователю индикации состояния контейнера, близкого к заполнению.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 15, 16 и 18, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает измерение уровня активности источника отрицательного давления и определение уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления и измеряемого уровня активности.
20. Способ по п. 19, отличающийся тем, что источник отрицательного давления содержит вакуумный насос, и уровень активности источника отрицательного давления соответствует скорости вакуумного насоса.
21. Способ по п. 20, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает измерение скорости вакуумного насоса с помощью тахометра.
22. Способ по любому из пп. 2о и 21, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает определение скорости утечки текучей субстанции в канале протекания на основании, по меньшей мере частично, уровня активности источника отрицательного давления и определение уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления и определяемой скорости утечки, при этом канал протекания текучей субстанции жидкостно соединяет повязку, размещаемую на ране, источник отрицательного давления и контейнер.
23. Способ по любому из пп. 15, 16, 18, 2о и 21, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает удаление шума из измерений сигнала давления.
24. Способ по любому из пп. 15, 16, 18, 2о и 21, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает определение уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, сравнения одной или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления с одним или более пороговыми значениями.
25. Способ по любому из пп. 15, 16, 18, 2о и 21, отличающийся тем, что одна или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления содержат амплитуду и частоту сигналов давления, и при этом способ дополнительно включает определение уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, амплитуды и частоты отслеживаемых сигналов давления, при этом амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в контейнере, а частота сигналов давления понижается с повышением уровня экссудата в контейнере.
26. Способ по любому из пп. 15, 16, 18, 2о и 21, отличающийся тем, что определение уровня всасываемого экссудата в контейнере выполняют независимо от интенсивности утечки, имеющей место в канале протекания, жидкостно соединяющем повязку, контейнер и источник отрицательного давления.
27. Способ по любому из пп. 15, 16, 18, 2о и 21, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает определение уровня экссудата в контейнере на основании, по меньшей мере частично, изменения одной или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления.
28. Устройство для терапии раны отрицательным давлением, содержащее:
повязку, выполненную с возможностью размещения над раной, при этом повязка выполнена с возможностью накопления экссудата, удаляемого из раны;
источник отрицательного давления, выполненный в жидкостном соединении с повязкой, при этом источник отрицательного давления выполнен с возможностью подачи к ране отрицательного давления;
датчик давления, выполненный с возможностью отслеживания одной или более характеристик сигналов давления, генерируемых источником отрицательного давления; и
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления.
29. Устройство по п. 28, отличающееся тем, что одна или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления содержит амплитуду сигналов давления, при этом амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в повязке.
30. Устройство по любому из пп. 28 и 29, отличающееся тем, что повязка дополнительно содержит фильтр, выполненный с возможностью его перекрытия для предотвращения переполнения, а контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определения состояния повязки, близкого к заполнению, до перекрытия фильтра и с возможностью выдачи пользователю индикации состояния повязки, близкого к заполнению.
31. Устройство по любому из пп. 28 и 29, отличающееся тем, что контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления и измеряемого уровня активности источника отрицательного давления.
32. Устройство по п. 31, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит канал протекания текучей субстанции, выполненный для жидкостного соединения повязки и источника отрицательного давления, при этом контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определения скорости утечки текучей субстанции в проточном канале на основании, по меньшей мере частично, уровня активности источника отрицательного давления и при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления и определяемой скорости утечки.
33. Устройство по любому из пп. 28, 29 и 32, отличающееся тем, что контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, сравнения одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления с одним или более пороговыми значениями.
34. Устройство по любому из пп. 28, 29 и 32, отличающееся тем, что одна или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления содержит амплитуду и частоту сигналов давления, и при этом контроллер дополнительно выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, амплитуды и частоты сигналов давления, причем амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в повязке и частота сигналов давления понижается с повышением уровня экссудата в повязке.
35. Устройство по любому из пп. 28, 29 и 32, отличающееся тем, что контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в повязке независимо от интенсивности утечки, имеющей место в канале протекания текучей субстанции, выполненном для жидкостного соединения повязки и источника отрицательного давления.
36. Устройство по любому из пп. 28, 29 и 32, отличающееся тем, что контроллер выполнен с возможностью определения уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, изменения одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления.
37. Способ функционирования устройства для терапии раны отрицательным давлением, включающий:
отслеживание сигналов давления, генерируемых источником отрицательного давления, который находится в жидкостном соединении с раневой повязкой и контейнером; и
определение уровня всасываемого экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более характеристик отслеживаемых сигналов давления.
38. Способ по п. 37, отличающийся тем, что одна или более характеристик сигналов давления содержит амплитуду сигналов давления,
причем амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в повязке.
39. Способ по любому из пп. 37 и 38, отличающийся тем, что повязка содержит фильтр, выполненный с возможностью его перекрытия для предотвращения переполнения, и при этом способ дополнительно включает определение состояния повязки, близкого к заполнению, до перекрытия фильтра и выдачу пользователю индикации состояния повязки, близкого к заполнению.
40. Способ по любому из пп. 37 и 38, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает измерение уровня активности источника отрицательного давления и определение уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления и измеряемого уровня активности.
41. Способ по п. 40, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает определение скорости утечки текучей субстанции в канале протекания на основании, по меньшей мере частично, уровня активности источника отрицательного давления, при этом канал протекания текучей субстанции жидкостно соединяет повязку и источник отрицательного давления, и определение уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления и определяемой скорости утечки.
42. Способ по любому из пп. 37, 38 и 41, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает определение уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, сравнения одной или более отслеживаемых характеристик сигналов давления с одним или более пороговых значений.
43. Способ по любому из пп. 37, 38 и 41, отличающийся тем, что одна или более характеристик сигналов давления содержат амплитуду и частоту сигналов давления, и при этом способ дополнительно включает определение уровня экссудата в повязке на основании, по меньшей мере частично, амплитуды и частоты сигналов давления, при этом амплитуда сигналов давления увеличивается с повышением уровня экссудата в повязке, а частота сигналов давления понижается с повышением уровня экссудата в повязке.
44. Способ по любому из пп. 37, 38 и 41, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает определение уровня экссудата в повязке независимо от интенсивности утечки, имеющей место в канале протекания текучей субстанции,
жидкостно соединяющем повязку и источник отрицательного давления.
