Abstract
1. Пленочное покрытие на основе хитозана, включающее хитозан в виде соли органической кислоты, отличающееся тем, что величина относительного удлинения при разрыве пленочного покрытия составляет не менее 40%, а в качестве органической кислоты используют водный раствор 4-6%-ной лимонной или 2-8%-ной молочной кислоты, при соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! хитозан - 40-80, ! органическая кислота - 2-8, ! вода - остальное. ! 2. Пленочное покрытие на основе хитозана по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно включает витамин В1 в количестве не более 0,5 мас.%. ! 3. Способ получения пленочного покрытия на основе хитозана, включающий в себя растворение хитозана в органической кислоте с получением формовочного раствора, нанесение полученного формовочного раствора на подложку с последующим выдерживанием раствора на подложке до достижения пленочной структуры, отличающийся тем, что в качестве органической кислоты используют 4-6%-ную лимонную кислоту или 2-8%-ную молочную кислоту, при соотношении компонентов хитозан: органическая кислота 1:2-1:4, мас.%. ! 4. Способ получения пленочного покрытия на основе хитозана по п.3, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно в формовочный раствор вводят витамин В1 в количестве не более 0,5 мас.%. ! 5. Способ получения пленочного покрытия на основе хитозана по п.3, отличающийся тем, что при приготовлении формовочного раствора используют хитозан с молекулярной массой 80-500 кДа. ! 6. Способ получения пленочного покрытия на основе хитозана по п.3, отличающийся тем, что для получения пленки толщиной 50-250 мкм формовочный раствор наносят на подложку в объеме 0,2-0,25 мл/см2 подложки. 1. The method of producing a film coating based on chitosan according to claim 3, characterized in that vitamin B1 is additionally added to the molding solution in an amount of not more than 0.5 wt.%. ! 5. A method of producing a film coating based on chitosan according to claim 3, characterized in that in the preparation of the molding solution, chitosan with a molecular weight of 80-500 kDa is used. ! 6. A method for producing a film coating based on chitosan according to claim 3, characterized in that to obtain a film with a thickness of 50-250 μm, the molding solution is applied to the substrate in a volume of 0.2-0.25 ml / cm2 of the substrate.
