Abstract
Способ отопластики, включающий разметку границ моделируемого противозавитка, осуществление доступа к передней поверхности хряща ушной раковины, нанесение множественных продольных насечек в области формируемого противозавитка и его латеральной ножки и фиксацию формируемого противозавитка, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно в области нижней и средней трети ушной раковины и области верхего конца латеральной ножки формируемого противозавитка, наносят реперные точки, соответственно которым, на задней поверхности ушной раковины делают три кожных прокола, причем в области верхнего конца латеральной ножки - сквозной через хрящ, затем через последний с помощью распатора осуществляют доступ к передней и задней поверхности хряща уха до границы реперных точек, а после нанесения насечек на передней поверхности хряща в области трех проколов выполняют подкожную фиксацию моделируемого противозавитка, при этом каждый раз вкол иглы осуществляют в один из проколов на задней поверхности уха, затем осуществляется по 4 выкола и вкола в четырех реперных точках с протягиванием нити под кожей и хрящем, а окончательный выкол из того же прокола на задней поверхности уха.
