Способ выявления антитела или антигена на твердом носителе, состоящий в определении антитела или антигена в сыворотке крови больных на твердом носителе, отличающийся тем, что на предварительно обработанной гексаном в течение 10 мин при комнатной температуре фторопластовой ленте с обратной стороны отмечают места нанесения компонентов иммунологической реакции с помощью водостойкого маркера для последующей сенсибилизации при 6°C в течение 18 ч, промывают после каждого этапа трехкратно забуренным физиологическим раствором 0,1 М рН-7,0 с добавлением 0,05% Твина-20 и пятикратно этим же буфером после иммунопероксидазного конъюгата с последовательной обработкой сывороткой крови больных, иммунопероксидазным конъюгатом и по изменению окраски субстратной смеси выявляют антитела к M.leprae или HBs-антиген на твердом носителе.
