Abstract
1. Состав шихты для получения брикетов металлургического передела, содержащий мелкодисперсный металлсодержащий компонент, порошкообразный несодержащий серы углеродсодержащий компонент и связующее, отличающийся тем, что в качестве углеродсодержащего компонента используют древесный уголь фракции 50-250 мкм с кажущейся плотностью 0,7-0,9 г/см3 при следующем составе компонентов, мас.%: ! мелкодисперсный металлсодержащий компонент 65-85 древесный уголь 10-30 связующее 5-15 ! 2. Состав шихты для получения брикетов металлургического передела по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве мелкодисперсного металлсодержащего компонента используют смесь оксидов железа промышленного происхождения, железной руды, и/или железорудного концентрата, и/или окалины; и/или металлических производственных отходов, предпочтительно чугунная стружка, металлоотсев, отходы производства чугунной дроби, при фракционном составе их не более 1,5 мм. ! 3. Состав шихты для получения брикетов металлургического передела по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве связующего используют строительный цемент. ! 4. Состав шихты для получения брикетов металлургического передела по п.1, отличающийся тем, что состав дополнительно содержит мелкодисперсные флюсующие добавки, предпочтительно доломитовый клинкер и/или известь в количестве 0,5-2 мас.% на металлсодержащий компонент. 1.
