Abstract
1. Гранулированная шихта для получения пеностекла, содержащая тонко измельченное молотое стекло, жидкое стекло, пенообразователь, включая карбонатный, и воду, отличающаяся тем, что она включает глицерин как пенообразователь и каолин или каолинит при следующем соотношении примененных ингредиентов, мас.%: ! Жидкое стекло 5-15 Вода 5-15 Пенообразователь, включая глицерин 1-2 Каолин или каолинит 1-3 Молотое стекло (сеянное) Остальное ! 2. Шихта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в ней в качестве карбонатного пенообразователя используют CaCO3 в объеме до 1 мас.% в смеси с глицерином. ! 3. Шихта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в ней в качестве карбонатного пенообразователя используют MaCO3 в объеме до 1 мас.% в смеси с глицерином. ! 4. Шихта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в ней в качестве карбонатного пенообразователя используют BaCO3 в объеме до 1 мас.% в смеси с глицерином. ! 5. Шихта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в ней в качестве карбонатного пенообразователя используют SrСО3 в объеме до 1 мас.% в смеси с глицерином. ! 6. Способ получения шихты для производства пеностекла, включающий получение молотого стекла с возможным предварительным очищением его от примесей и грязей, например, при мойке стеклобоя в воде и сушке, дальнейшее измельчение, дозирование и смешение молотого стекла и пенообразователя, содержащего карбонатную компоненту, при добавлении к ним стеклообразующей компоненты в виде водного раствора жидкого стекла с последующем гранулированием и частичной сушкой полученных гранул, отличающийся тем, что предварительно твердые измельченные компоненты шихты просеивают с выделением частиц размером не более 5 мкм, определяют среднюю пло 1.
