Abstract
1. Полиуретановая композиция для изготовления голографических сред, включающая компонент записывающего мономера а), содержащий в качестве записывающих мономеров в пересчете на всю композицию, по меньшей мере, 10 мас.% одного или нескольких ненасыщенных уретанов а) формулы с (I) по (III), а также полимерные соединения или соответствующие предшественники матрицы в качестве матрицы для записывающих мономеров ! ! ! ! где R независимо друг от друга в каждом случае представляет собой радиационно-отверждаемую группу, а также ! Х независимо друг от друга в каждом случае представляет собой одинарную связь между группами R и С=O или линейный, разветвленный или циклический, содержащий при необходимости гетероатом, и/или при необходимости функционально-замещенный углеводородный остаток. ! 2. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что R в формулах с (I) по (III) представляет собой винилокси-, акрилатную- или метакрилатную группы. ! 3. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в формулах с (I) по (III) группа Х в каждом случае представляет собой линейную или разветвленную оксиалкиленовую или полиоксиалкиленовую группу. ! 4. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит записывающий мономер а) в пересчете на общую композицию в количестве от 20 до 50 мас.%. ! 5. Полиуретановая композиция по пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве образующих компонентов для матрицы включает: ! изоцианатный компонент b), ! реакционноспособный по отношению к изоцианатам компонент с), ! а также один или несколько фотоинициаторов d). ! 6. Claims (10)
1. Полиуретановая композиция для изготовления голографических сред, включающая компонент записывающего мономера а), содержащий в качестве записывающих мономеров в пересчете на всю композицию, по меньшей мере, 10 мас.% одного или нескольких ненасыщенных уретанов а) формулы с (I) по (III), а также полимерные соединения или соответствующие предшественники матрицы в качестве матрицы для записывающих мономеров
где R независимо друг от друга в каждом случае представляет собой радиационно-отверждаемую группу, а также
Х независимо друг от друга в каждом случае представляет собой одинарную связь между группами R и С=O или линейный, разветвленный или циклический, содержащий при необходимости гетероатом, и/или при необходимости функционально-замещенный углеводородный остаток.
2. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что R в формулах с (I) по (III) представляет собой винилокси-, акрилатную- или метакрилатную группы.
3. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в формулах с (I) по (III) группа Х в каждом случае представляет собой линейную или разветвленную оксиалкиленовую или полиоксиалкиленовую группу.
4. Полиуретановая композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит записывающий мономер а) в пересчете на общую композицию в количестве от 20 до 50 мас.%.
5. Полиуретановая композиция по пп.1-4, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве образующих компонентов для матрицы включает:
изоцианатный компонент b),
реакционноспособный по отношению к изоцианатам компонент с),
а также один или несколько фотоинициаторов d).
6. Способ изготовления сред, подходящих для записи визуальных голограмм, при котором полиуретановая композиция по пп.1-5 наносится на субстрат или в форму и отверждается.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что сначала готовится смесь компонентов полиуретановой композиции, а компонент b) добавляется только в заключение непосредственно перед нанесением.
8. Применение сред, полученных по способу по п.6 или 7, для записи визуальных голограмм или для изготовления оптических элементов, картинок, изображений.
9. Способ записи голограмм, при котором среды, полученные по способу по п.6 или 7, облучаются при помощи лазерного излучения.
10. Ненасыщенные уретаны согласно формуле (II)
где R независимо друг от друга в каждом случае представляет собой радиационно-отверждаемую группу, и
Х независимо друг от друга в каждом случае представляет собой одинарную связь между группами R и С=O или линейный, разветвленный или циклический, содержащий при необходимости гетероатом, и/или при необходимости функционально-замещенный углеводородный остаток.
