Abstract
1. Способ получения флюса для плавки и рафинирования магния или его сплавов, включающий загрузку твердой соли в обогреваемую емкость, заливку на поверхность твердой соли расплавленного безводного карналлита, перемешивание и нагрев смеси, загрузку фторида кальция, отстаивание смеси и разливку осветленной части в емкость для охлаждения, отличающийся тем, что в качестве твердой соли в емкость загружают бромид натрия, после загрузки безводного карналлита полученную смесь перемешивают осушенным сжатым воздухом затем загружают фторид кальция, полученную расплавленную смесь вновь перемешивают осушенным сжатым воздухом и извлекают из миксера. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве фторида кальция используют концентрат плавикошпатовый металлургический крупностью частиц менее 3 мм. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что бромид натрия смешивают с безводным карналлитом при соотношении, равном (0,06-0,26):1. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что бромид натрия содержит не более 26 мас.% воды. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что смесь перемешивают сжатым воздухом в течение 5-30 мин. ! 6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что смесь нагревают до температуры, на 10°С превышающей температуру плавления бромида натрия. ! 7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что флюс содержит следующее содержание компонентов, мас.%: 20-40 MgCl2, 10-30 NaBr, 2-10 CaF2, 30-35 KCl, 5-10 NaCl. 1.
