Abstract
1. Способ получения марганцевого агломерата для прямого легирования стали марганцем, включающий смешивание концентрата карбонатной марганцевой руды с флюсующими добавками и коксиком, окомкование, загрузку подготовленной шихты на предварительно уложенный на колосники агломашины слой возврата, спекание слоя шихты, охлаждение просасыванием холодного воздуха, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно в флюсующие добавки вводят оксидные барийсодержащие материалы с расходом, выбранном из отношения содержания фосфора в концентрате к содержанию бария в оксидном барийсодержащем материале, равного 0,65-0,70, а спекание слоя шихты осуществляют при температуре 1400-1450°С, в процессе которого поверхность спекаемого слоя обдувают воздушно-кислородной смесью, содержащей 35-40% кислорода в течение первых 10-15% времени всего процесса спекания. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве оксидных барийсодержащих материалов используют сульфат бария. ! 3.
