Abstract

Способ утилизации изношенных автомобильных шин при разработке крутых и крутонаклонных угольных пластов методом подземной газификации, включающий подготовку газогенератора к газификации, посредством бурения и сбойки между собой сети скважин: вертикальных для подачи дутья, специальных, пластовых для отвода газа, розжига газогенераторатора, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно (между дутьевыми и газоотводящими скважинами) бурят сеть пластовых скважин (диаметром 400 мм), через которые в очаг горения подают дробленые шины, а процесс газификации угля и резины шин происходит по мере перемещение огневого забоя по восстанию и простиранию угольного пласта, посредством подачи дутья в дутьевые скважины и отвода газа через газоотводящие скважины. A method of disposing of worn-out automobile tires during the development of steep and steeply inclined coal seams by the method of underground gasification, which includes preparing the gas generator for gasification, by drilling and interconnecting a network of wells: vertical for blowing, special, gas strata for venting, igniting the gas generator, characterized in that additionally (between blast and gas outlet wells) a network of formation wells (400 mm in diameter) is drilled through which crushed tires are fed into the combustion zone, and the gasification process coal and tire rubber occurs as the fire face moves along the uprising and strike of the coal seam, by supplying blast to the blast holes and venting gas through the gas outlet wells.

Способ утилизации изношенных автомобильных шин при разработке крутых и крутонаклонных угольных пластов методом подземной газификации, включающий подготовку газогенератора к газификации, посредством бурения и сбойки между собой сети скважин: вертикальных для подачи дутья, специальных, пластовых для отвода газа, розжига газогенераторатора, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно (между дутьевыми и газоотводящими скважинами) бурят сеть пластовых скважин (диаметром 400 мм), через которые в очаг горения подают дробленые шины, а процесс газификации угля и резины шин происходит по мере перемещение огневого забоя по восстанию и простиранию угольного пласта, посредством подачи дутья в дутьевые скважины и отвода газа через газоотводящие скважины.
