Claims (60)

1. Способ лечения ткани путем подачи пониженного давления к участку ткани, включающий:
подкожное введение трубки через кожную ткань пациента для размещения дистального конца трубки смежно с участком ткани, причем указанная трубка имеет по меньшей мере один проход;
размещение воздушного баллона, связанного с трубкой, смежно с участком ткани;
надувание воздушного баллона для разделения ткани и формирования полости смежно с участком ткани;
подачу магистрали, имеющей множество каналов потока, через проход к участку ткани;
расположение магистрали таким образом, что по меньшей мере один из каналов потока находится в контакте с участком ткани; и
приложение пониженного давления к участку ткани через каналы потока магистрали.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно разрывают воздушный баллон до подачи магистрали.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором указанная трубка представляет собой катетер.

элемент предотвращения блокировки, размещенный внутри первичного прохода потока;
первый трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, проточно сообщающийся с первичным проходом потока для подачи пониженного давления к первичному проходу потока;
второй трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, расположенный вблизи первичного прохода потока или указанного по меньшей мере одного выхода первого трубопровода, для продувки по меньшей мере одного из первичного прохода потока и выхода первого трубопровода газообразной текучей средой во время приложения пониженного давления.

подачу непроницаемой мембраны и магистрали через проход к участку ткани;
разрывание непроницаемой мембраны для размещения магистрали в контакте с участком ткани и
приложение второго пониженного давления к участку ткани через каналы потока магистрали.

элемент предотвращения блокировки, размещенный внутри первичного прохода потока;
первый трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, проточно сообщающийся с первичным проходом потока для подачи пониженного давления первичному проходу потока;
второй трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, расположенный вблизи первичного прохода потока или указанного по меньшей мере одного выхода первого трубопровода, для осуществления продувки по меньшей мере одного из первичного прохода потока и выхода первого трубопровода газообразной текучей средой во время приложения пониженного давления.
35. Способ по п.34, в которой элемент предотвращения блокировки представляет собой множество выступов, расположенных на внутренней поверхности гибкой стенки и проходящих в первичный проход потока.
36. Способ по п.34, в которой элемент предотвращения блокировки представляет собой клеточный материал, размещенный внутри первичного прохода потока.
37. Способ по п.27, в котором магистраль дополнительно содержит
гибкий барьер и
клеточный материал, прикрепленный к гибкому барьеру, причем клеточный материал имеет множество каналов потока.
38. Способ по п.27, в котором дополнительно подкожно удаляют магистраль после завершения лечения ткани пониженным давлением.
39. Способ по п.27, в котором магистраль выполнена из саморассасывающегося материала, который не требует удаления от участка ткани после завершения лечения ткани пониженным давлением.
40. Способ по п.27, в котором при приложении пониженного давления дополнительно создают поток текучей среды через каналы потока магистрали.
41. Способ по п.40, в котором текучая среда, протекающая через каналы потока, является воздухом.
42. Способ по п.40 в котором текучая среда, протекающая через каналы потока, является жидкостью.
43. Способ по п.27, в котором значение пониженного давления на участке ткани меньше значения гидростатического давления ткани.

51. Способ по п.27, в котором дополнительно направляют магистраль к участку ткани, используя технику локализации, выбранную из группы, состоящей из эндоскопии, ультразвука, флюороскопии, аускуляции и пальпации.
52. Способ по п.27, в котором дополнительно разделяют участок ткани для формирования полости для размещения в ней магистрали.
53. Способ по п.52, в котором разделение участка ткани осуществляют с помощью способа, выбранного из группы, состоящей из: посредством надувного баллона, острой диссекцией, тупым отделением, гидродиссекцией, пневмодиссекцией, разделением ультразвуком, разделением электрокаустикой, разделением лазером.
54. Способ по п.52, в котором при разделении участка ткани, до разрывания непроницаемой мембраны и после подачи непроницаемой мембраны и магистрали к участку ткани, дополнительно прикладывают повышенное давление к внутреннему пространству непроницаемой мембраны для размещения непроницаемой мембраны в расширенном положении.
55. Способ по п.52, в котором при разделении участка ткани дополнительно расширяют непроницаемую мембрану путем введения текучей среды во внутреннее пространство.
56. Способ подготовки участка ткани для проведения лечения пониженным давлением, включающий:
расположение непроницаемой мембраны, имеющей внутреннее пространство, смежно с участком ткани;
раздувание непроницаемой мембраны для разделения ткани и формирования полости смежно с участком ткани и
подкожную подачу магистрали, имеющей множество каналов потока, в полость, расположенную смежно с участком ткани.
57. Способ по п.56, в котором дополнительно располагают магистраль таким образом, что по меньшей мере один из каналов потока находится в контакте с участком ткани.
58. Способ по п.56, в котором при раздувании непроницаемой мембраны дополнительно впрыскивают текучую среду во внутреннее пространство непроницаемой мембраны.
59. Способ по п.56, в котором магистраль доставляют к участку ткани внутри внутреннего пространства непроницаемой мембраны.
60. Способ по п.59, в котором пониженное давление прикладывают к внутреннему пространству непроницаемой мембраны для сжатия магистрали во время ее подачи к участку ткани.
