Способ профилактики и лечения заболеваний, вызванных штаммами субтипа H5N1 вируса гриппа птиц, включающий введение в организм препарата альфа-2 интерферона человека, отличающийся тем, что в качестве препарата альфа-2 интерферона человека используют «Реаферон ЕС - Липинт», полученный включением рекомбинантного альфа-2 интерферона в липосомы, который вводят в организм при профилактике заболеваний в дозе не менее 5000-10000 МЕ/кг веса один раз в сутки через 2 дня в течение 6 дней, затем в той же дозе один раз в сутки через 3-4 дня в течение не более 3 недель, а при лечении - в дозе 10000-20000 МЕ/кг ежедневно 2 раза в сутки через 12 ч в течение 6 дней. ! 2. Способ профилактики и лечения заболеваний, вызванных штаммами субтипа H5N1 вируса гриппа птиц по п.1, отличающийся тем, что препарат альфа-2 интерферона в липосомах вводят в организм человека сублингвально или перорально. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что взрослым и детям старше 15 лет - при профилактике заболеваний препарат назначают за 30 мин до еды в дозе 10000 МЕ/кг, при лечении - по 20000 МЕ/кг, а детям с 3-х до 15 лет при профилактике заболеваний препарат назначают в дозе 5000 МЕ/кг и лечении - по 10000 МЕ/кг.1.
