Abstract

Способ получения двойных оксидов (алюминатов щелочных и редкоземельных металлов) в процессе горения конденсированных составов при частичном или полном улетучивании одного из компонентов, включающий приготовление реакционно-способной шихты, содержащей окислитель (безводные или гидратированные нитраты и нитриты металлов) и горючее (алюминий), загрузку полученной смеси в замкнутый реактор, разогрев материалов до инициирования реакции самораспространяющегося высокотемпературного синтеза (СВС) и выдержку в режиме горения, отличающийся тем, что в качестве окислителя используют фосфаты кальция, а в качестве продуктов реакции получают алюминаты кальция и фосфор.A method of producing double oxides (alkali and rare-earth aluminates) during the combustion of condensed compounds with partial or complete volatilization of one of the components, including the preparation of a reactive charge containing an oxidizing agent (anhydrous or hydrated metal nitrates and nitrites) and fuel (aluminum), loading the resulting mixture into a closed reactor, heating the materials to initiate the reaction of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) and holding in the combustion mode, characterized it, in that the oxidant used calcium phosphates, as well as reaction products obtained calcium aluminates and phosphorus.

Способ получения двойных оксидов (алюминатов щелочных и редкоземельных металлов) в процессе горения конденсированных составов при частичном или полном улетучивании одного из компонентов, включающий приготовление реакционно-способной шихты, содержащей окислитель (безводные или гидратированные нитраты и нитриты металлов) и горючее (алюминий), загрузку полученной смеси в замкнутый реактор, разогрев материалов до инициирования реакции самораспространяющегося высокотемпературного синтеза (СВС) и выдержку в режиме горения, отличающийся тем, что в качестве окислителя используют фосфаты кальция, а в качестве продуктов реакции получают алюминаты кальция и фосфор.
