Способ получения вкусо-ароматической пищевой добавки, предусматривающий механическое перемешивание компонентов смеси в рабочей емкости эмульгирующего устройства и ультразвуковое диспергирование полученной смеси до образования однородной эмульсионной системы, отличающийся тем, что в качестве компонентов смеси используют экстракты пряно-ароматических растений и воду, а ультразвуковую обработку проводят при частоте ультразвуковых колебаний 20 кГц, мощности 200 Вт и амплитуде 140 мкм в течение 1-5 мин. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в состав компонентов смеси в качестве стабилизатора дополнительно вводят лецитин в количестве 1% от массы смеси. ! 3.
