Abstract
1. Способ очистки сероводород- и меркаптансодержащей нефти, включающий физическую очистку нефти, осуществляемую путем концентрирования удаляемых компонентов в дистилляте фракционированием, химическую очистку концентрата, осуществляемую путем извлечения этих компонентов экстракцией с использованием химически активного реагента, и утилизацию отработанного реагента, отличающийся тем, что физическую очистку осуществляют путем двукратного концентрирования удаляемых компонентов в газовой фазе дистиллята ректификацией, а химическую очистку - путем извлечения из частично сконденсированного вторичного концентрата совмещенными процессами экстракции, десорбции и абсорбции. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что совмещенные процессы экстракции, десорбции и абсорбции осуществляют в аппарате колонного типа в присутствии десорбирующего газа и выделенной из нефти воды. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частичную конденсацию вторичного концентрата осуществляют путем компримирования и охлаждения. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что очищенную жидкую фазу вторичного концентрата используют в качестве ингибитора асфальтосмолисто-парафиновых отложений на нефтепромыслах и в качестве деэмульгатора на установках подготовки нефти, а оставшуюся часть направляют в товарную нефть. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве реагента используют известный нейтрализатор сероводорода - 70%-ный водный раствор вещества, имеющего общую формулу С4Н9О2N. ! 6. Способ по п.1 или 5, отличающийся тем, что утилизацию разбавленного реагента осуществляют на нефтепромыслах и установках подготовки нефти путем использования в к�1.
