Abstract
1. A method for controlling inhaled anesthesia, including controlling the respirable concentration of anesthetic by means of an evaporator, returning part of the patient’s exhaled gas mixture to the breathing circuit with preliminary removal of carbon dioxide, supplying fresh gas mixture to the respiratory circuit with a flow rate less than the patient’s minute ventilation, supplying the entire gas mixture through anesthetic vaporizer during the induction of anesthesia, characterized in that it further regulates the respirable concentration of the anesthetic by proportional regulation of gas flow through the evaporator, while maintaining anesthesia, the gas flow through the evaporator is equated to the flow rate of the fresh gas mixture and the respirable concentration of anesthetic is evaluated on the evaporator scale. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that while maintaining anesthesia, the evaporator is installed outside the respiratory circuit on the line of fresh gas. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that while maintaining anesthesia, a part of the gas mixture equal to the difference between the minute ventilation and the fresh gas stream is bypassed by an evaporator installed inside the breathing circuit. ! 4. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the bypass gas flow past the evaporator is regulated in proportion to the difference between the current and set values of the inhaled concentration. ! 5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that during induction or deepening of anesthesia, the upper limit of respirable concentration is defined as the product of the set evaporator scale mark on the ratio of minute ventilation to fresh gas flow, the rule for determining the respirable concentration of anesthetic during induction and maintaining anesthesia is indicated
