Abstract
1. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали, имеющий не содержащую хрома и обладающую высокой прочностью на растяжение изоляционную пленку, отличающийся тем, что на поверхности стального листа образована изоляционная пленка, содержащая в качестве главных ингредиентов фосфат и коллоидный кремнезем, и содержащая кристаллический фосфат магния, равномерно диспергированный по всей поверхности. ! 2. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанный кристаллический фосфат магния содержит моноклинный фосфат магния и/или орторомбический фосфат магния, и количество нанесенного материала составляет от 2 до 7 г/м2. ! 3. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанный фосфат состоит из одного или более фосфатов Ni, Со, Mn, Zn, Fe, Al и Ва. ! 4. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.2, отличающийся тем, что указанный фосфат состоит из одного или более фосфатов Ni, Со, Mn, Zn, Fe, Al и Ва. ! 5. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что указанный стальной лист является листом текстурированной электротехнической стали, содержащей С 0,005% или менее и Si от 2,5 до 7,0%, имеющий средний размер зерен кристаллов от 1 до 10 мм и отклонение ориентации кристаллов от идеальной ориентации (110) [001] в направлении прокатки равное в среднем 8° или менее. ! 6. Способ обработки изоляционной пленки листа текстурированной электротехнической стали, отличающийся нанесением, сушкой и последующим прокаливанием на поверхности листа текстурированной электротехнической стали агента для обработки, содержащего на 100 вес.ч. фосфата от 40 до 6
Claims (8)
1. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали, имеющий не содержащую хрома и обладающую высокой прочностью на растяжение изоляционную пленку, отличающийся тем, что на поверхности стального листа образована изоляционная пленка, содержащая в качестве главных ингредиентов фосфат и коллоидный кремнезем, и содержащая кристаллический фосфат магния, равномерно диспергированный по всей поверхности.
2. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанный кристаллический фосфат магния содержит моноклинный фосфат магния и/или орторомбический фосфат магния, и количество нанесенного материала составляет от 2 до 7 г/м2.
3. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.1, отличающийся тем, что указанный фосфат состоит из одного или более фосфатов Ni, Со, Mn, Zn, Fe, Al и Ва.
4. Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.2, отличающийся тем, что указанный фосфат состоит из одного или более фосфатов Ni, Со, Mn, Zn, Fe, Al и Ва.

Лист текстурированной электротехнической стали по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что указанный стальной лист является листом текстурированной электротехнической стали, содержащей С 0,005% или менее и Si от 2,5 до 7,0%, имеющий средний размер зерен кристаллов от 1 до 10 мм и отклонение ориентации кристаллов от идеальной ориентации (110) [001] в направлении прокатки равное в среднем 8° или менее.

Способ обработки изоляционной пленки листа текстурированной электротехнической стали, отличающийся нанесением, сушкой и последующим прокаливанием на поверхности листа текстурированной электротехнической стали агента для обработки, содержащего на 100 вес.ч. фосфата от 40 до 67 вес.ч. коллоидного кремнезема и от 2 до 50 вес.ч. фосфорной кислоты и имеющего суммарное содержание твердого материала от 15 до 35%.
7. Способ обработки изоляционной пленки листа текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.6, отличающийся тем, что указанный фосфат содержит один или более фосфатов Ni, Со, Mn, Zn, Fe, Al и Ва.

Способ обработки изоляционной пленки листа текстурированной электротехнической стали по п.6 или 7, отличающийся тем, что указанный стальной лист является листом текстурированной электротехнической стали, содержащей С 0,005% или менее и Si от 2,5 до 7,0%, имеющей средний размер зерен кристаллов от 1 до 10 мм и отклонение ориентации кристаллов от идеальной ориентации (110) [001] в направлении прокатки, равное в среднем 8° или менее.
