Abstract
Способ профилактики цереброваскулярных осложнений у пациентов с метаболическим синдромом при помощи многокомпонентной медикаментозной терапии, отличающийся тем, что больному с метаболическим синдромом и высоким риском цереброваскулярных осложнений ежедневно назначают в рацион рекицен РД в количестве 1-1,5 столовой ложки до еды, морскую рыбу по 60 г в обед, умеренно ограничивают калорийность суточного рациона - женщинам до 1200 ккал, а мужчинам - до 1400 ккал, устанавливают в реабилитационном процессе 1-2 разгрузочных дня в неделю с назначением в указанные дни питания до 1,5 кг печеных яблок, рекомендуют дозированную ходьбу до 10000 шагов в день дополнительно, при наличии синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна проводят терапию положительным давлением в дыхательных путях в диапазоне 8-12 см вод. ст., эффективность мероприятий мониторируют на 14 и 21 день.
