Claims (18)

1. Способ селективного получения углеводородов, пригодных для дизельного топлива, характеризующийся тем, что в данном способе есть стадии, на которых проводится реакция декарбоксилирования/декарбонилирования, посредством введения сырья, происходящего из возобновляемых источников, и содержащего в себе С8-С24 жирные кислоты, производные С8-С24 жирных кислот, или их сочетание, и, при желании, сольвент или смесь сольвентов, во взаимодействие с гетерогенным катализатором, при необходимости, предварительно обработанным, который содержит в себе один или несколько металлов, принадлежащих к группе VIII, выбранный из платины, палладия, никеля, иридия, рутения и родия на носителе, выбранном из оксидов, мезопористых веществ, углеродсодержащих носителей и структурных носителей катализатора, при температуре 200-400°С и давлении от 0,1 до 15 МПа, для получения смеси углеводородов в качестве продукта.
2. Способ по п.1, характеризующийся тем, что температура составляет 250-350°С и давление составляет 0,1-5 МПа.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, характеризующийся тем, что перед вступлением в контакт с сырьем гетерогенный катализатор предварительно обработан водородом при температуре 100-500°C.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1 и 2, характеризующийся тем, что перед вступлением в контакт с сырьевым материалом гетерогенный катализатор предварительно обработан водородом при температуре 150-250°C.
5. Способ по любому из пп.1 и 2, характеризующийся тем, что продукт является изомеризованным при давлении в диапазоне 2-15 МПа, предпочтительно 3-10 МПа и при температуре между 200 и 500°C, предпочтительно между 280 и 400°C, в присутствии катализатора изомеризации.
6. Способ по п.5, характеризующийся тем, что продукт является изомеризованным при давлении в диапазоне 3-10 МПа, и при температуре между 280 и 400°C.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что реакция декарбоксилирования/декарбонилирования проводится в жидкой фазе.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что данными возобновляемыми источниками являются жиры и масла растений, и/или животных, и/или рыб, и соединения, полученные из них.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что сырье выбрано из древесных, растительных и овощных жиров и масел, жиров, содержащихся в растениях, выведенных с помощью генных манипуляций, животных жиров и масел, жиров и масел рыб, и переработанных пищевых жиров, и их смесей.

Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что сырьевой материал выбран из рапсового масла, сурепного масла, масла канолы, таллового масла, подсолнечного масла, соевого масла, конопляного масла, оливкового масла, льняного масла, горчичного масла, пальмового масла, арахисового масла, касторового масла, кокосового масла, свиного сала, говяжьего или бараньего жира, китового жира, и жиров, содержащихся в молоке.
11. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что сырье содержит в себе триглицеридную фракцию рапсового масла, льняного масла, подсолнечного масла, говяжьего или бараньего жира и свиного сала, или фракции таллового масла.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что производные жирных кислот содержат в себе эфиры жирных кислот, триглицериды жирных кислот и соли металлов жирных кислот.
13. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что металлом группы VIII является платина или палладий.
14. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что носитель выбран из Al2O3, SiO2, Cr2O3, MgO, TiO2, активированного угля, углеродных волокон, углеродных нанотрубок, прикрепленных к монолитам и углеродных материй.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что носитель выбран из активированного угля, углеродных волокон, углеродных нанотрубок, прикрепленных к монолитам и углеродных материй.
16. 17. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что в сырье добавлено 0,1-40 об.% водорода.
18. Способ по любому из пп.1, 2 или 6, характеризующийся тем, что в сырье добавлено 2-15 об.% водорода.
