Claims (26)

1. Способ получения подложки, имеющей антимикробные свойства, отличающийся тем, что он включает следующие стадии:
(i) осаждение не образующего гель слоя металла, содержащего неорганическое антимикробное средство, полученное вначале из предшественника, в форме металла, коллоида, хелата или иона, по меньшей мере, на одной из открытых поверхностей подложки;
(ii) диффузия средства, по меньшей мере, в одну указанную открытую поверхность подложки или под нее при термической обработке в диапазоне температур от 200 до 750°С.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температура термической обработки ниже 450°С, более предпочтительно ниже 380°С и наиболее предпочтительно ниже 350°С.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что температура термической обработки выше 200°С, предпочтительно выше 220°С и наиболее предпочтительно выше 240°С.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что диффузия средства путем термической обработки происходит на стадии закалки.
5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термическая обработка проводится в течение периода времени от 2 мин до 2 ч, предпочтительно от 6 мин до 1 ч и наиболее предпочтительно от 8 до 40 мин.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что термическая обработка проводится при температуре в диапазоне от 200° и 350°С в течение периода времени от 10 до 30 минут.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используемый на стадии (i) предшественник находится в металлической или ионной форме, в частности в ионной форме и растворен в водном растворе.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что слой, содержащий антимикробное средство, осаждается путем пиролитического распыления, напыления в вакууме или способом, включающим осаждение металлических антимикробных средств путем восстановления соответствующей соли.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что антимикробное средство выбрано из серебра, меди и цинка.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что количество антимикробных средств, осажденных на упомянутую, по меньшей мере, одну поверхность подложки, составляет более 5 мг/м2, предпочтительно более 10 мг/м2 и наиболее предпочтительно более 20 мг/м2.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что перед стадией осаждения (i) на подложку наносят нижнее покрытие и тем, что стадия диффузии (ii) происходит, в основном, внутри этого покрытия.
12. Способ по п.11, отличающийся тем, что нижнее покрытие содержит первый подслой, функцией которого является блокирование или замедление миграции антимикробного средства, и второй подслой, служащий резервуаром антимикробного средства.
13. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что блокирующий подслой выбирают из пиролитического и напыленного слоев, в частности слоев, включающих оксид металла, металла или металлического сплава, такие как Pd, Ni-Cr, TiOx, NiCrOx, Nb, Та, Al, Zr ou ZnAl или их смесь.
14. Способ по п.12, отличающийся тем, что нижнее покрытие содержит первый слой на основе ZrO2 и второй слой на основе TiO2, в частности в кристаллической анатазной форме.
15. Способ по пп.1-14, отличающийся тем, что подложка является стекловидной подложкой, в частности прозрачным известково-натриевым силикатным стеклом.
16. Способ получения подложки имеющей антимикробные свойства, отличающийся тем, что он включает следующие стадии:
(i) осаждение не образующего гель слоя металла, содержащего неорганическое антимикробное средство, полученное вначале из предшественника, в форме металла, коллоида, хелата или иона, по меньшей мере, на одной из открытых поверхностей подложки;
(ii) осаждение верхнего покрытия;
(iii) диффузия средства в указанное верхнее покрытие при термической обработке при температуре от 200 до 750°С.
17. Подложка, содержащая антимикробное средство, присутствующее, по меньшей мере, на одной из ее открытых поверхностей, отличающаяся тем, что общее количество содержащихся в ней антимикробных средств составляет более 0,1 мг/м2, предпочтительно более 1 мг/м2 и наиболее предпочтительно более 10 мг/м2 антимикробной поверхности.
18. Подложка по предыдущему пункту, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, на одну из следующих бактерий: Е. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa (измеренное в соответствии со стандартом JIS Z 2801), его бактерицидное действие выше 1 log, предпочтительно выше log 2 и наиболее предпочтительно выше 2,5 log.
19. Подложка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что она обладает антимикробным действием после, по меньшей мере, одного из следующих тестов ускоренного старения: дождевание (тестирование в течение более 20 дней в камере с влажностью выше 95% при 40°С), после 500 ч УФ облучения (4 лампы ATLAS 340А, камера с температурой 60°С), после 24 ч погружения в раствор H2SO4 (0,1 н.), после 24 ч погружения в раствор NaOH (0,1 н.).
20. Подложка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что антимикробное средство выбрано из серебра, меди и цинка.
21. Подложка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что это стеклянная подложка.
22. Стеклянная подложка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит антимикробное средство, по меньшей мере, на одной из ее открытых поверхностей, при этом отношение интенсивностей пиков ионов I(CsAg) / I(CsSi) (измеренное на поверхности методом динамической SIMS) выше 0,015, предпочтительно выше 0,020 и наиболее предпочтительно выше 0,025.
23. Стеклянная подложка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет нейтральную окраску при отражении, т.е. колориметрические индексы а* и b* находятся в диапазоне между -10 и 6, предпочтительно между -5 и 3 и наиболее предпочтительно между -2 и 0, и чистота меньше 15%, предпочтительно меньше 10% и наиболее предпочтительно меньше 5%.
24. Стеклянная подложка по п.17, отличающаяся тем, что поглощение видимого интегрального света меньше 1,5%, предпочтительно меньше 1,4% и наиболее предпочтительно меньше 1,3%.
25. Стеклянная подложка по пп.17-24, отличающаяся тем, что она обладает характеристиками отожженного стекла.
26. Отожженная стеклянная подложка, содержащая антимикробные средства, по меньшей мере, на одной открытой стеклянной поверхности.
