1. Способ получения питательной основы, включающий ферментативный гидролиз белкового сырья, отличающийся тем, что гидролиз предварительно подготовленного сырья проводят ферментным комплексом холерного вибриона, выделенным из отхода производства холерной вакцины - ультрафильтрата культуральной жидкости производственного штамма холерного вибриона М 41, при 45°С в течение 20-22 ч.2. Питательная среда для культивирования микроорганизмов содержащая питательную основу, натрий хлористый, воду, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве белковой основы содержит ферментативный гидролизат пекарских дрожжей, полученный путем гидролиза пекарских дрожжей ферментным комплексом холерного вибриона, при следующем соотношении, г/л:3. Питательная среда по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве белковой основы содержит ферментативный гидролизат казеина, полученный путем гидролиза казеина ферментным комплексом холерного вибриона, и дополнительно содержит стимулятор роста - дрожжевой автолизат при следующем соотношении компонентов, г/л:4.
