Claims (12)
1. Пигмент на основе диоксида титана, частицы которого содержат плотную оболочку из диоксида кремния с включенными атомами металла, отличающийся тем, что плотная оболочка из диоксида кремния нанесена в виде нескольких слоев, а внутренний слой включает незначительное количество атомов металла.
2. Пигмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что плотная оболочка из диоксида кремния включает олово, цирконий или титан или их смеси.
3. Пигмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что частицы дополнительно содержат внешнюю оболочку из гидрата оксида алюминия.
4. Пигмент по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в плотной оболочке из диоксида кремния содержится от 2,0 до 6,0 мас.%, предпочтительно от 2,5 до 4,0 мас.% SiO2 в перерасчете на общую массу пигмента.
5. Пигмент по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что в плотной оболочке из диоксида кремния содержится от 0,1 до 3,0 мас.%, предпочтительно от 0,1 до 1,0 мас.% металла в перерасчете на оксид, к общей массе пигмента.
6. Пигмент по п.3, отличающийся тем, что во внешней оболочке содержится от 0,5 до 6,0 мас.%, предпочтительно от 1,0 до 4,0 мас.% Al2О3 в перерасчете на общую массу пигмента.
7. Способ получения пигмента на основе диоксида титана, частицы которого содержат плотную оболочку из диоксида кремния с включенными атомами металла, отличающийся тем, что компоненты оболочки добавляют в суспензию последовательно.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что в плотную оболочку из диоксида кремния включают олово, цирконий или титан или их смеси.
9. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что величину рН в суспензии диоксида титана на первом этапе добавления компонентов, включающих кремний и металл, задают по крайней мере равным 9, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 10 и наиболее предпочтительно по крайней мере 11.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что после добавления компонентов, включающих кремний и металл, величину рН понижают до уровня ниже 9, предпочтительно до уровня ниже 8.
11. Способ по любому из пп.7-10, отличающийся тем, что формируют внешнюю оболочку из гидрата оксида алюминия.
12. Применение пигмента на основе диоксида титана по любому из пп.1-6 в составе лаков, красок или пластмасс.
