Abstract
1. Способ безотходной термической переработки твердых коммунальных отходов, включающий сушку отходов, загрузку их в плавильную камеру, сжигание органических составляющих, дожигание и очистку отходящих из плавильной камеры газов, утилизацию тепла отходящих газов, расплавление минеральных составляющих отходов, выпуск накапливающихся шлака и металла, отличающийся тем, что сжигание органических составляющих твердых коммунальных отходов и плавление их минеральных составляющих производят на поверхности расплавленного перегретого до 1500-1600°С шлака, получаемого из добавляемых одновременно с твердыми коммунальными отходами флюсов и минеральных составляющих, в атмосфере кислорода, вдуваемого комбинированными горелками-фурмами со сверхзвуковой скоростью, в плавильной камере, кожух которой охлаждается жидкометаллическим теплоносителем, установленной в устье энергетического котла, служащего для утилизации тепла отходящих газов, с сушкой твердых коммунальных отходов до влажности 5-12% перед подачей в систему загрузки шихты плавильной камеры, в конвейерном устройстве, укрытом герметичным кожухом, газообразным азотом, нагретым до 150°С теплом, аккумулированным металлическом теплоносителем при охлаждении кожуха плавильной камеры.2.
