Abstract
1. Способ нанесения термодиффузионного покрытия на поверхность реторты для получения губчатого титана, включающий установку устройства с металлизатором в реторту, герметизацию и разогрев реторты, вакуумную высокотемпературную выдержку, охлаждение и извлечение из реторты устройства для титанирования, отличающийся тем, что после высокотемпературной выдержки в аппарат подают аргон до избыточного давления 9,8-15,0 кПа, устанавливают в устройство для охлаждения и охлаждают водой при последовательной подаче воды сначала в водохлаждаемую рубашку устройства для охлаждения в течение не менее трех часов, а затем воду подают через отверстия в водоохлаждаемой рубашке непосредственно на стенку реторты. ! 2 Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что реторту охлаждают не менее 15 ч. ! 3.
