Abstract
1. Сортовой прокат, круглый, в прутках, из борсодержащей стали, горячекатаный, имеющий заданные параметры неметаллических включений, структуры, размера действительного зерна, механических свойств, прокаливаемости, отличающийся тем, что прокат получают из стали содержащей следующее соотношение компонентов, мас.%:при выполнении следующих соотношении сумма:(As+Sn+Pb+5·Zn)≤0,07;прокат имеет неметаллические включения по сульфидам точечным, оксидам точечным, оксидам строчечным, силикатам хрупким, силикатам пластичным, силикатам недеформируемым со средним баллом не более 3,5 по каждому виду включений, пластинчатую ферритоперлитную структуру, размер действительного зерна от 5 до 9 баллов, макроструктуру - центральная пористость, точечная неоднородность, ликвационный квадрат не более 3 баллов по каждому виду, подусадочная ликвация не более 3 баллов; ликвационные полоски не более 1 балла, механические свойства после закалки и низкого отпуска: временное сопротивление разрыву не менее 1200 МПа, предел текучести не менее 1110 МПа, относительное удлинение не менее 12%, относительное сужение не менее 62%, ударная вязкость KCU(+20) не менее 1470 кДж/м, обрабатываемость резанием - величина износа по задней грани резца (h) при равном пути резания (L) - при L=1320 м, hне более 0,30 мм.2. Сортовой прокат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве примесей сталь дополнительно содержит, мас%: медь не более 0,30, молибден не более 0,03, фосфор не более 0,035.3.
