Способ прижизненной диагностики трихинеллеза плотоядных и всеядных животных, включающий получение специфических сывороток крови, создание собственных антивидовых коньюгатов, выделение наиболее иммуногенных антигенов Trichinella spiralis и создание на их основе диагностически эффективной ИФТС «ВИГИС-БИОТЕХ Т.spiralis-стрип», отличающийся тем, что в разработанной технологии производства иммуноферментной тест-системы используются высокоспецифичные антигены трихинелл молекулярной массой 63-29 кДа и оригинальные специфические и неспецифические компоненты, позволяющие сохранять активность всех реагентов ИФТС в жидком виде в течение гарантийного срока использования, в том числе диагностические контрольные сыворотки и поликлональные антивидовые коньюгаты, включающие меченные пероксидазой иммуноглобулины различных классов, обеспечивающие выявление заболевших животных на всех сроках инвазии, включая острый период.A method for the intravital diagnosis of trichinosis of carnivores and omnivores, including the production of specific blood serums, the creation of their own antispecific conjugates, the isolation of the most immunogenic antigens of Trichinella spiralis, and the creation of the diagnostically effective IFTS “VIGIS-BIOTECH T.spiralis-strip” based on them, characterized in that the developed technology for the production of an enzyme immunoassay system uses highly specific Trichinella antigens with a molecular weight of 63-29 kDa and original specific and non-specific components that allow maintaining the activity of all IFTS reagents in liquid form during the warranty period of use, including diagnostic control sera and polyclonal antiviral conjugates, including peroxidase-labeled immunoglobulins of various classes, which ensure the detection of diseased animals at all stages of invasion, including the acute period.
